BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and advanced skills in organisational learning and capability development. Individuals at this level analyse organisational learning needs, design and implement learning strategies, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives. Graduates of this qualification are expected to demonstrate advanced leadership and management capabilities and may be responsible for strategic planning and decision-making in relation to organisational capability development. They may lead teams, manage learning projects, and contribute to the development of organisational learning frameworks. This qualification supports learners seeking to develop advanced expertise in organisational learning, leadership and capability development.

IELTS Overall band score of 6.5, with no band score less than 6.0 or equivalent
Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; or an advanced diploma with at least 3 years work experience in a senior role
